[Poe 3.3 Duelist Build] Tanky and Higher Dps Strong League Starter Build for Cyclone Champion

This Build utilized this for Flashback Event as my Incursion league starter and leveling was super straightforward and rapid. The build is not completed yet so this Build will update it over subsequent handful of weeks. this Build created somewhat preview from it soon after two days into the Flaskback Occasion League.

Pros:
+ Quickly Clearspeed
+ High Dps
+ Tanky
+ Really very good sustain
+ Budgetfriendly Starter Gear
+ Enjoyable & quick playstyle
+ Strong League Starter
+ Immune to nearly everything
+ a speaking sword :)
Cons:
- DoT effect of Her Embrace
- cannot do reflection maps without setup adjustment
- no regeneration / lower regeneration can be annoying

Build Guildes

Really IMPORTANT! If you feel to weak at some point while leveling... go back to some safe area and farm some levels and gear before you move on!

First decision you have to make: farm Oni-Goroshi directly at the start or buy it later. With Oni-Goroshi leveling will be really effortless but the farmtime is random between 6 - 22 hours. I leveled my char without it and felt "Unstoppable Hero" more or less carry us anyway.

With Oni-Goroshi you will need way more sustain to counter Her Embrace Debuff... get 2-3 life flask while leveling. Additionally use two Quicksilver Flasks for quick movement speed while leveling until you get your Whirling Blades setup going.

So if you just level with self-found weapons on the way... a cyclone dps check ingame should be enough to decide which weapons to use while leveling. Here a list all of unique swords. With level 60 I would recommend to buy to scaeva swords because they are really strong and cheap.

On gear look for:
> life
> resistances
> add % adamage to attack (prefered physical damage)
> Life regeneration / life on hit / life leech

Before you start to use Cyclone you can use:
Molten Strike > Ancestral Call > Added Lightning Damage / Added Cold Damage / Added Fire Damage > Faster Attacks ...

Try to get all skill gems of the final setup as soon as possible to work. Other usefull skills for leveling are:
Clarity
Purity of Elements to cap your resistances
Herald of Ice / Ash / Thunder

How to farm Oni Goroshi
For more information check out pathofexile.gamepedia.com!
Farmtime: Unforunately the farmtime is pretty much random. 6-22 hours.
This Build would recommend you create 3-4 scion characters... scion seems to be the best choice to farm the sword because of movement speed bonus of onslaught support and also because of spectral throw which makes it uncomplicated to kill Hillock. From reports of other player it can be hard to kill him with some other classes like shadow. More or less you grind the twillight beach until you kill Hillock and then you log out without goin to town! (When you go into town you can't go back!!!) Then you log into your subsequent scion and to the same. You always run to Hillcock and kill all enemies inside the way until you reach level 7. When you reach level 7 you just straight (without killing all mobs on the way) to Hillock and kill him until you get the Oni-Goroshi.

How to deal with Her Embrace DoT
The negative effect... the damage over time effect of Her Embrace can be really nasty... especially while leveling. The first time you will really feel this is when you kill Kitava the first time and get the resistance debuff. So what can you do against this DoT?
> Cap your fire resistances! (use Purity of Fire & Elements, Ruby or Bismuth Flasks if necessary until you get the gear to cap your resistances)
> Use 2-3 Life Flasks
> get as much life leech, life on hit and regeneration as possible
> Stone golem

[Poe 3.3 Ranger Build] Very expensive The sound of shatter Build for Raider or Deadeye

This is a debated topic among the community. I'm just gonna give a quick summary on deadeye, Just based on my testing.
Deadeye is FASTER, Tailwind is a MORE multiplier, works like an accel shrine or the opposite of temp chains. That's why at 10% is powerful enough. But Deaeye severely lacks attack speed or elemental damage that Raider gives which is why raider will always come out top for endgame for this build.
That being said, If you want to farm T1-10 maps all day. Like shaped burial chambers, Go deadeye.
If you want an all rounder character that can do all content pick raider. I enjoy playing Raider because of Elemental immunity, That means when only need a bleed and curse immune flask and the rest evasion focused.
For a league start i would go Deadeye then Raider if you want to progress further into T11+ maps.
Deadeye is just the same as Raider in terms of gear, Skill tree wise its somewhat different.
Make sure you have 30+ life on your abyss jewels or other pieces of gear if you want to give up Item Quanity and Make sure you have flat elemental damage on all your jewelry or Abyss Jewels.
Make sure you are level 85+ and your gems are level 18+. You also want a 5 or 6L of some kind for your main map clearing skill.

Pros:
+ Nice clearspeed
+ The sound of shatter
+ Up to 64/40% dodge!
+ Shaper Viable
+ Insane Movespeed!
Cons:
- Can be Incredibly expensive
- Vaal Pact means No regen
- Cannot do Elemental Reflect Maps
- Not Beginner Friendly

Build Enchants

Helmet:
1-2 Additional Tornado Shot Projectiles
1 Additional Barrage Projectile
25-40% increased Tornado Shot Damage
25-40% increased Barrage Damage
Lightning Arrow hits 2 additional Enemies

Boots:
16% increased Attack and Cast Speed if you've Killed Recently
0.6% of Damage Leeched as Life and Mana if you've Killed Recently
1 to 160 Lightning Damage if you haven't killed Recently
Damage Penetrates 10% of Enemy Elemental Resistances if you haven't Killed Recently

Gloves:
Commandment Of Fury

[Poe 3.3 Witch Build] Burning Spectres Build Excels at doing hard high-level content Witch Build

Spectre based summoners plow via nasty maps and bosses with less investment than many other builds. Defense is relatively easy to scale, and offense scales with the level of your specters, the number of links you can provide them, and to a lesser extent your gear. 9k EHP soaks up all but essentially the most devastating one-shot mechanics, and inside the end game you can max out both block and spell block. Need a cheap 6-link? A Tabula Rasa can take you all the way to Shaper.

Pros:
+ Excels at doing hard high-level content including Guardians, Shaper, Uber Atziri, and Elder
+ Nice league starter. Safe enough to do most Vaaled maps, yay!
+ Extremely HC viable once your defenses get going.
+ 10k+ Effective HP with MoM
+ Max block and spell block, with 300+ life gained on block
+ Can do any map mod
+ Reflect immune
+ Crit immune with Reckless Defense setup
+ Spectres are close to immortal due to their HP and boosted life regeneration
+ Do Uber lab with ease (Except bleed traps. They wreck minions)

Cons:
- Burning spectres have poor clear speed. However, alter some gems around and use Solar Guards for excellent clear speed.
- The animated guardian can die if you play sloppy or neglect to give it the appropriate defenses
- Chayula's Domain with TVs is a bit difficult due to lack of clear speed. But the actual boss is a joke.

Bandits: Kill all

Leveling Guides
Passive point progression: Mana nodes -> Deep Wisdom -> Lord with the Dead -> Heart and Soul -> Occultist's Dominion -> Mind over Matter -> Inspiration -> Elemental Equilibrium (EE) -> Shaper -> Potency of Will -> Cruel Preparation -> Death Attunement -> Gravepact -> Herd the Flock -> The rest with the stuff as you see fit
1-8: Use a beginner spell like Frost Bolt and link it with Ele Prolif to slow and freeze entire packs of mobs. Possibly link with Phantasm. Pick up magic/rare items and vendor them for transmutes and alterations. Pick up Flame Totem at level 4. Check vendors at each way-point for recipe materials, Move Speed boots, and a Heavy Belt:
Try to get:
1x Iron Ring
1x Red skill gem
1x BBR 3L wand (vendor resets every level, and often sells this)
1x Orb of Alteration
3+ Transmutes
8: Craft a +1 Fire Gem wand in the materials within the previous step. Socket in SRS + Minion Damage + Melee Splash. You can keep using your starter spell for a bit if you still lack some on the crafting components, but use SRS + Minion Damage for Brutus.
Socket Zombies + (Spell Totem/Minion Damage/Minion Life/Splash) in a 2L or 3L. The spell totem makes it effortless to resummon the zombies as they perish. Later on they will be tankier so we can drop the spell totem support gem.
Optional: Start leveling a Phantasm Gem. It might be really very good, we don't know however. Try it out in your minion links as you level. Might be really excellent in a 4-link with projectile based spectres: Spectre + Minion Damage + LMP/GMP + Phantasm
Optional: Get an extra BBR 3L with SRS + Minion Damage + Spell Totem. Will boost SRS uptime a bit.
10: Flame Dash.
12: Flesh Offering, Bone offering in secondary weapon set just to level it for later.
16: Desecrate (Put an extra one in your secondary weapon set. When they hit 20 you will Q20-flip 1 of them and use the other one until the Q20 catches up).
Use Orb of Storms to proc EE once you have it. If you still need more dex, pick the 20 dex/6 resist jewel from the Act 2 Golden Hand quest. Kill all bandits.
Mid 20s: Get either a Reverberation Rod or make a 4 link BBBR +1 minion helm. For the latter switch to SRS + Faster Casting + Melee Splash + Minion Damage.
24: Aura: Hatred is best for SRS. Anger works better for spell based spectres. Haste is nice too, but doesn't really beat Hatred unless you use spell based spectres.
28: You should hit Death Attunement and the extra spectre right about the time you hit 28. Get Flame Sentinels in the Solaris Temple. Slot it in a BBG 3 link. Specter + LMP/GMP + Minion Damage. Level Animate Guardian in your secondary weapon set. Get Ball Lightning + LMP for Elemental Equilibrium (EE). Remember to hit mob groups with EE and use Flesh Offering.
31: Genrosity for better Hatred or Anger, but not if you use Haste. Remember to resummon your spectres to always have them the maximum level (limited by zone and gem levels).
Mid 30s: Do Normal Labyrinth - Get Invoker and notice a nice boost in minion survivability. Also, if you are lucky and get your hands on a Wraithlord Bone Circlet plus Bones Of Ullr, leveling with specters will just be a breeze from now. Put SRS in Wraithlord for the +2 levels, and try to get a 4L for your spectres.
34: Get a golem.
38: Replace faster casting with Spell Echo in your helmet, unless you are lucky and have a Reverberation Rod. You will now have close to 20 SRS most in the time.
Mid 50s: Consider a full transition into spectres. If so, remove your aura and spec out of Potency of Will unless you use Vaal Haste. Throw away your SRS/Skellies and get Solar Guards or TVs, or your personal favorite spectre. Remember to resummon your spectres to always have them the maximum level (limited by zone and gem levels). Get all the relevant support gems and start leveling them.
Maps: You can use Solar Guards until the point where you want to start doing bosses and other hard content. Then you make the swap into TVs and possibly a WM. I usually just go for the TV/WM setup.

Build Spectres

How to get spectres: Go to The Coast (45) and use Desecrate to summon a TV. Then go to the highest zone you have access to and spam Desecrate until you get high level versions of your spectres. Use the "A"-key for corpse targeting. The highest spectres you can get are lvl 84 and can be desecrated in all lvl 84 zones. That means Shaper's realm and some Lab Trials and Master mission dungeons in T16 maps. Remember, the level of you spectres is limited by the level indicated on your Raise Spectre and Desecrate gems.

Spectre Monster level: The higher the level of your spectres, the better their offensive and defensive stats. The level of a Spectre is based on the lowest of either the level of your monster they were raised from, or the maximum level allowed by the skill gem used. This is now indicated on the skill gem. If you use desecrate, the maximum level corpse allowed by the skill is again indicated on the skill gem.

TVs or SGs?: For boss killing (Guardians and above) it's best to use TVs. This will give immense single target damage and OK clear speed. For regular mapping I'd recommend Solar Guards.
Did you know?: In addition to Minion Damage, our TV spectre damage is scaled by any support gem with Burning Damage, Elemental Damage, or Damage more than Time. Spell Damage however, does not work, not even for the Vanguards' Scorching Ray totems. It also appears that Spectres have a hidden duration tag. This means that any support with a duration tag will apply (Swift Affliction, Efficacy, etc.).
The base totem duration is 5 seconds. There is an approximate delay of 1.5 seconds from a totem expires until the re-summoned a single starts dealing damage.

[Poe 3.3 Templar Build] Beginner and League-Starter friendly Templar Hierophant Or Inquisitor Build

Any map mod. Any boss. If you want to fill out your atlas and see all the content in the game with a single character then this is a very good build play, Totems by nature are safe because of distance and reflect going to totems instead with the Templar. On top of that Glacial Cascade is a huge area of effect spell that freezes, Players seem to love or hate them. That being said, this version of totems can be a lot more ¡°active¡± than other totem builds. I obviously love totems and maybe you will too just after playing this build!

Pros:
+ Do it all
+ Safe
+ Mind more than Matter
+ Beginner and League-Starter friendly
+ Huge Single Target Damage

Cons:
- Totems are not for everyone
- Have not personally tested Hardcore
- Can't use a Spell Totem MTX

Leveling Guides

No uniques are required as this build is fine for a league start - but if this isn't your first character on the league then these will make the process easier: LifeSprig, Goldrim, Tabula, Wanderlust, Belt of the Deceiver, Axiom Perpetuum, Hrimsorrow (for Hiero), Elreon -Mana Cost jewelry (resists/str/dex a plus!), and buying skill/support gems with quality ready to be socketed in!
NOTE: Templars do not get access to Hatred until act 3 Siosa. Also all gems are available from Neesa just after completing Act 6.
Alternatives: If you have a favorite way of leveling (Abberaths Hooves, Poets Pen, Sunder, etc.) then do that!

1. Low Level Tree
Early levels we grab both the Templar and Witch starting nodes and their respective Area nodes. Mind more than Matter isn't so much for the defense but for the flat mana and mana regen.
MainSkill: Frostbolt/Freezing Pulse - Arcane Surge
MainSkill2: Flame Totem - Added Lightning
MainSkill (Drop Frostbolt/Freezing Pulse): Firestorm - Added Lightning - Concentrated Effect
Mobility: Flame Dash/Lightning Warp - Faster Casting
Leave Arcane Surge low level! Gems to level if you have free space: Spell Totem Support and Added Fire Support

2. Switch to GC Totems
Time to grab Ancestral Bond and when in doubt, life it out. Use Elemental Weakness! It's a huge damage boost while leveling before Ascending.
MainSkill (Drop Frostbolt/Freezing Pulse and Flame Totem): Spell Totem - Glacial Cascade - Physical to Lightning - Controlled Destruction
SupportSkill: Elemental Weakness - Arcane Surge - Increased Area of Effect
Gems to level if you have free space: Increased Crit Strikes, Concentrated Effect, Orb of Storms (Inquis), Cold Pen (Hiero)

3. Normal and Cruel Lab
Start picking up Crit and Multi to go with the ascendancy points. Inquisitors can Drop Ele Weakness for Orb of Storms and Power Charge on Crit. Now that we care about crit, replace Controlled Destruction with Increased Crit Strikes within the main setup.
MainSkill: Spell Totem - Glacial Cascade - Physical to Lightning - Increased Crit Strikes - Added Fire - Increased Area of Effect/Concentrated Effect
SupportSkill (Hiero): Elemental Weakness - Arcane Surge - Increased Area of Effect
SupportSkill (Inquis): Orb of Storms - Power Charge on Crit - Arcane Surge
Utility: Cast When Damage Taken - Immortal Call - Increased Duration
Golem: Lightning Golem
Aura: Hatred
Just after you complete Act 6 Neesa will have all the skill gems you may have missed.

4. Inquisitor Final Skill Tree
Towards the end game we want Dex so we can level Hatred and Lightning Golem so head over to Shadow. Grab jewel nodes then fill out close mana nodes.
If you plan on taking this build to 100 there are a couple options like the power charge nodes, close by life nodes, or the multi nodes between Witch and Shadow.
4.1. Hierophant Final Skill Tree
NOTE: Hierophants should strive to make Glacial Cascade a full cold spell (it only converts 60% by itself). This means moving away from Physical to Lightning Support and Added Fire. This opens the path for Cold Penetration Support which will be a huge boon to your damage. Similarly finding Shaper mods that give "Gain % Physical as Extra Cold Damage" are prioritized over the other elements.
4.2. Hardcore Variant
Alternatives: These trees are guideline, go off the beaten path and make the build your own! The nodes you're probably looking at as the "weakest" are the flask nodes but try playing with them first! Our flasks do a ton of work with this build!

[PoE 3.3 Marauder Build] Sunder Juggernaut League Starter Marauder Juggernaut Build

This Build strategy for the 3.3 league start:
- do all T1-7 maps (it's ok to buy a handful of-of them)
- buy uber trials in /trade 820 and /global 820 while doing the maps
- farm 70+ U-labs
- buy Disfavour as soon as possible

Earthquake optimization:
If your attack speed is "too high" you will only get the aftershock every second attack. Adjust your attack speed and skill duration to have a shorter skill duration than attack time. To achieve this, I'm using:
- 30% less EQ duration enchant
- 20% quality Less Duration gem
- Warped Timepiece amulet

Hints:
- Aim for 20-21k armor - It's fine to use Determination within the beginning!!!
- Avoid extra elemental damage mods on T15/16 maps
- Avoid poison on hit mod on high tier maps
- Avoid physical reflect mod on all map tiers!!!
- Avoid no leech / no regen mod
- Do NOT use Hatred / Herald of Ash on elemental reflect maps
- Ensure to keep up 8 Endurance Charges and Fortify when fighting higher tier bosses

[PoE 3.3 Shadow Build ]MoM Essence Drain & Contagion Shadow Build For Trickster

This build thread is merely a rough guide to lead you into the builds basics.
This build is designed for general map clearing & to be an excellent league-starter build. However, if you are looking to kill end-game bosses this build CAN do them, but will require investment and even at that point there are a lot of other builds that would work better than this. You can always switch around as the guide will go in-to from a 1H/Shield approach to a +2/+3 Chaos Gem LvL staff which makes it able to farm bosses easier, but as mentioned; Other builds will be stronger for that purpose.
1. If you are looking for a build with insanely higher exp/h gain.
2. A build that allows you to level as itself without any external abilities required.
3. If the build you seek can start with a pretty low budget with possible upgrades for higher currency.
4. If you like to play a build that works wonders in the low budget to accumulate enough currency rapidly for the higher budget version.
5. If you prefer a build guide that has a video linked to it.

Pantheon:
Major God:
- Soul of Lunaris
Basically just helps with avoiding some projectile damage

Minor God:
- Soul of Ryslatha
Basically, just an additional layer of defense when you're on low life.

Leveling Guides:
1. Use Fire Trap / Freezing Pulse till you can equip yourself with Essence Drain & Contagion then use those to level with all the way.
2. Items such as Goldrim, Lifespring, Wunderlust helps a lot to speed up the leveling process.
3. If you get a Tabula Rasa early on, I'd recommend using Elreon jewelry early on to ease up on the mana cost.
4. If you sell a blue rarity WAND to a vendor together with any on the chaos gems you get a +1 lvl of socketed chaos gems to wand back!
